A traditional North Indian Pickle with a combination of Aubergine, onion, garlic & chilli.  Infused with fragrant whole roasted spices. Blended into our cheese gives you a real taste of Punjabi creations with a full rich flavour.  This is hotter than the Lime Pickle.
