Oak Smoked Mature


This is the traditional mature Pwll Mawr which has been slowly smoked for 36 hours over oak chippings. Using old traditional skills Jo & Johnathon carry out the process for us at the Black Mountains smokery, Crickhowell in the heart of the Brecon Beacons national park.  The Smokery is also available to visit and make purchases from.
