Dragons Breath


(breath of the Dragon ) named because of the Garnddryrs Forge in Blaenafon.  The forge was built in 1816-17 by Thomas Hill, in conjunction with the Pwll Ddu tramroad which led from the furnaces in Blaenafon to the Monmouthshire & Brecon canal at Llanfoist via a double incline. This is a hot chilli cheddar with Brains Brewary SA Welsh ale and a wholegrain chilli mustard.  The ingredients have been blended together to produce a cheese which will leave you breathing the Fire of a Dragon. Serve with Jaffa cakes for a most surreal experience. The cheese is coated in a fiery red wax. www.sabrain.com.
