Our traditional mature Pwll Mawr, slowly smoked for 36 hours over traditional oak chippings by Black Mountains smokery, Crickhowell in the heart of the Brecon Beacons national park. The Smokery is also available to visit and make purchases from. This product is vacuum packed and delicious with a crisp, crunchy apple.
